ADDENDUM FOR ADDITIONAL VEHICLE STORAGE

Paragraph 36(f) of the TSSA Vehicle, Trailer or Boat Self-Storage Rental Agreement allows only those Vehicles identified in the Rental Agreement to be stored in Tenant’s leased space(s). This addendum modifies this provision to allow Tenant to store additional Vehicles in Tenant’s leased space(s). The Vehicles described below, in addition to those identified in the Rental Agreement, may be stored in Tenant’s leased space(s). This addendum does not authorize more than one Vehicle at a time to be stored in a space. List all additional Vehicles. For purposes of the Rental Agreement and this addendum, “Vehicle” includes motor vehicles, boats, trailers, vessels or outboard motors. *Use Form RV-2 also if items to be stored exceed $20,000 in value.
